Capitol Heights Man Killed After Crashing Into Parked Vehicles

Police have identified the 28-year-old killed in a crash over the weekend in Landover.

A woman was shot and killed inside of a Prince George's apartment Thursday, July 7, authorities said.

Prince George's County Police found Capitol Heights resident Jibrell Moore inside a crashed vehicle in the 1000 block of Hill Road around 7 p.m., Sunday, March 19.

Investigators say that Moore lost control of the vehicle while driving south on Hill Road and struck a parked car.

The force of the initial impact pushed the parked car into another parked car.

Moore was pronounced dead at the scene. The other two vehicles were unoccupied at the time of the collisions.
